Knowledge is king
Couldn’t be more helpful and had a great knowledge of what we were looking for! Especially enjoyed the electronic testing bed which runs through all the mattress settings from orthopaedic to soft. Very flexible regarding delivery and price was good. The whole experience was excellent.

Very good experience with this purchase
The sales lady Sue was welcoming and helpful and let us try out several mattresses, lying on each for a good length of time to assess their comfort. Despite the usual long waiting time for the mattress they delivered it 5 days later and the two delivery men were brilliant - friendly, tidy and very strong, particularly taking away our old mattress! And a good price, too...

Helpful staff
We were greeted in store by Michael who asked if we were looking for anything in particular. He showed us round all the options for mattresses, divan bases and headboards that would be suitable for what we were looking for, plenty of choice in store. Michael quoted us and we went home to check measurements and went back the next day to place our order with him. Michael and the lady working with him were very friendly and helpful, thanks for all your help, you are a credit to the store.

Great Service
