Store manager Susan is phenomenal at her job
Have never been in a bed shop and expected it to be a painful experience being pestered by sales types.
Instead we had store manager Susan who helped us work out what we wanted and let us make an informed decision by ourselves. We didn't feel rushed, all our stupid questions were answered with precision and warmth, we actually enjoyed bed shopping! We are usually the types completely allergic to such retail experiences! Thanks Susan for your help and well done to Bensons Kendal.

Why can't all stores be this way
We wish there was a Susan from the Kendal branch in every shop! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. We went in to just see what the mattress offering was as we don't have a bed yet but came away after ordering the most comfortable mattress we've ever had! Thanks for everything!
