The selection of the beds we chose was great but when they first arrived the delivery people were one in particular was off hand rude and I do not want this man back in my house. we were sent the wrong mattress natural not memory foam we asked for these to be changed which the sales person reordered the correct ones but the wrong base ours has 2 drawers so they have had to reorder again hopefully when they arrive they will be the correct ones. I have to say the sales ladies were very helpful and apologised for the mix up on the orders

Wonderful staff. Considerate, helpful with practical product knowledge and tips and kind. My wife has dementia. This was perceived and seamlessly accommodated. I will certainly be returning.

We used the electronic mattress to get the right mattress for us, the lady sales assistant was very knowledgeable and showed us different ranges of mattresses and beds.

The goods are all of good quality although it took a longer than expected time to build the furniture.
