Top quality product and service
Recently bought a wonderfully soft yet supportive mattress (eve duo hybrid) from the Kendal store. Superb quality and better value for money than equivalent mattresses from competitors. Outstanding customer service from Sue, who was super-helpful in every way.

I can't fault the service
I can't fault the service. Fantastic retail experience. From the digital bed to determine what mattress I preferred to the different designs and specifications. All clearly and helpfully explained. The lady then showed me the offers in my price range so I ended up with the right bed for me at a great price.

Tina made us feel relaxed
Tina made us feel relaxed, and provided much laughter during our visit, with her battle with the PDQ machine.
She even managed to charge me twice, but refunded the 2nd one later in the day.
Well Recommended for a laugh.
Looking forward to receiving the bed, it was an experience we shall laugh about for many a day.

Popped into the Kendal store and was greeted by Tina. Smashing lady, really helpful, not overbearing and made us feel under no pressure to make a decision or to purchase there and then. We worked out a good package of products we needed and made a saving in the sale as well. Very happy and would recommend Benson for Beds Kendal branch.
