From ordering to delivery, everything went perfectly. There were updates on delivery, which were reassuring and the people who delivered it were polite, helpful and friendly and the sofa bed is great. We have added a mattress topper and had a wonderful night's sleep too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bensons.

Stressful bed purchase
Nathan (hope I have name right) in Kidderminster was friendly and helpful. I told him what I wanted, he showed be some beds which fitted requirements, I chose one which was not the most expensive. No hard sell to get me to change my mind. Paperwork all done quickly with sensible explanation where needed.
Only annoyance was awful background music!

Very dissappointed in the service…
Very dissappointed in the service provided, after spending £3456 on a new bed the customer service recieved has been shocking - I havent even received it yet either. Will be cancelling my order today As it seems extremely difficult to get a resolution, even after the issue has been caused by one of their own team members.
