Great experience through advise and guidance on the variety of mattresses to ensure our comfort level was met. The Sales Advisor ( named Mel ) answered all of our questions and gave comprehensive instruction on after care.

My experience at Bensons beds, was very good, ordered a electric ottoman bed which is excellent, it was the first electric bed that the installers had put in.
But the next day in my emails, I was told that I could have had 2 new pillows, with my new bed, so I telephoned the Kidderminster store, and was told that they would get back to me the following day, weeks later I am still waiting, very poor customer service. Which is why I could only give it 3 stars.

Tom was so engaging and helpful. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we entered the store. His style is to support and inform your choice rather than a hard sell. We appreciate his knowledge of each product we viewed making our choices easy.
