Great service, friendly and helpful

Tom made the purchase really simple. He explained about the product and the returns policy, given that the item isn't available in any store to try. He honoured the online discounts, considering that they weren't showing on the tablet he was using.

Popped into Kidderminster Store to look for a new mattress. We were able to look and try the mattresses in our own time, without feeling pressured by the staff. Melvyn who served us, was very friendly, giving advice on the options available and help us with our decision. Look forward to receiving new mattress shortly. Thank you.

I knew which suit I wanted as my daughter bought one from you a couple of years ago and I have st say it is the most comfortable suit I have ever sat on, you staff were easy to talk to and made the buying experience enjoyable, the girl took the time to listen to my requirements regarding the order and was most accommodating, of course this is only the first part I hope the second part goes to plan re. The delivery fingers ceossed

Tom was fantastic, explained everything very well, giving lots of options with no pressure. Had a great deal on price, would recommend bensons for beds and especially Tom!

Spoke to a lad named Tom and he suggested a couple of mattresses and then let me test and choose the one that was right for me. It was nice to chat to a person who had the same kind of problems so he could recommend the best mattress. Could not fault the service would recommend 100%.

Helpful staff in store, didn’t jump on us or pressure us and very friendly. Unfortunately went down hill after the sale. Bensons organised delivery and assembly which we were told would be in the AM so organised work around this, didn’t turn up until around 5pm after chasing twice. Whilst assembling the bed they managed to cause 2 stains approx 40cm x 5cm on our new carpet which was only fitted the week before (likely down to the fact the assembly instructions requested 2 person assembly and there was only 1 person) and whilst we purchased an ex-display bed frame, we were not told this would be missing parts (tv remote holder and strap to hold down the ottoman storage). Whilst the latter two points haven’t caused us too much grief, having to spend hours of cleaning on a brand new carpet (and still not currently being able to get the stains out) and only being given “cleaning advice” from the store and no offer of fixing, I unfortunately can’t say bensons would be top of the list in the future, despite the friendly team Instore. I would rate 3 stars given the positive experience instore however, the carpets stains on a brand new carpet, causing us to spend numerous hours trying different cleaning methods and only being given cleaning advice from the store unfortunately prevents this. Hopefully future delivery off mattress and furniture will be more positive.
