Came in today to look at beds but didn't expect to buy as it's my first time ever buying a "big boy" bed, but Paul seen I was lost and helped me straight away. Fab, Easy, no pressure salesman
I went into the store with my daughter looking fir a new mattress for her bed, the salesman I spoke to couldn't be more helpful, he got my little girl to try out the mattresses they had in stock to take away, twice. He was patient and spoke to us without rushing. Once we had picked the mattress, he brought it to us, took my details and processed our order, all the while chatting to us and offered my daughter a sweet from the jar on the desk. He couldn't have been more helpful.

First class customer service
First class customer service, no pressure to buy which is rare in sales and very welcomed. We weren’t sure which options to choose and salesman advised us on both choices. Salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Five stars for customer service, will definitely be back.

Lovely bed and was delivered on time by…
Lovely bed and was delivered on time by two lovely guys that didn’t even complain that my lift was broke and they had to carry my double bed up the stairs, my bed is beautiful and very comfortable my only Complaint is that i have a winged headboard and I asked for 4 drawers in the base but I never realised that the two top drawers cannot open because the headboard wraps round the sides so it was a waste of money having them and nobody informed me of this when I was ordering in the shop ?
