Very bad experience and poor quality mattresses
Very bad experience. I bought a very expensive mattress which was dipping in the middle from the beginning. It took two months to replace it with the whole procedure. Then send me a supposed to be a new one which from day first is dipping in the middle again. Very bad quality and customer service is so poor. It has caused me serious back pain and I wouldn't recommend to buy from Bensons.

Bought a new Tempur mattress from Bensons For Beds in Leamington Spa. Shop assistants were very knowledgeable and professional. Mattress was purchased in sale so price was very competitive. Was kept up to date with purchase and delivery arrangements with lots of texts and emails. Delivered and installed during the two hour slot as agreed. Couldn’t ask for more and now really enjoying our new mattress.

The staff at the Leamington bensons bed store were absolutely fantastic and so helpful throughout the whole process.
