We recently visited Bensons for Beds in Leamington Spa, and we couldn’t be happier with the help and service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The level of professionalism and hospitality shown by every member of the team made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how non-pushy the salespeople were. They gave us plenty of space and time to browse, but were always available to offer advice or answer questions when we needed them. We were encouraged to try out multiple options without any pressure to make a decision, which helped us feel confident and comfortable in our choice.
The entire process—from exploring different mattresses and bed frames to understanding the features and pricing—was smooth and well-guided. It’s rare to find a place where customer service feels so genuine.

New mattress purchase
Liz at the Leamington Spa store helped us decide on our new mattress. She talked us through the different options, gave us time to lie on the different mattresses and offered us different pillows to try too. She didn’t rush us in anyway.

Amazing Service
We walked into your Leamington Branch and was met by one of your representatives named Liz. We told her what we were looking for and she found us the perfect bed and mattress. She didn’t try and give us the hard sale and although we popped Nextdoor to another bed company, we were so impressed we went back and purchased both items. She went through everything with us and we felt very looked after. Since purchasing from Bensons we’ve been receiving emails and text messages ensuring we are happy with everything so far. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone 😀

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff
They hit the right note when the bed and mattress was for a 16 yr old boy, they talked and listened to him spending a considerable amount of time with him to ensure he was happy with the bed and mattress while being fully aware of the financial bandwidth
The mattress proctor and cleaner will be well worth the extra cost 🙄😂
The delivery time is well within the expected timeframe

Katherine was a perfect advisor. She took us through all aspects of purchasing a new mattress including any sleeping problems I might have at my age.
