Excellent service from start to finish
The service of the salesman was very good and he explained things to us and was not overly pushy which contributed to us buying the bed. The delivery was at the time specified and the guys who delivered the bed were very friendly and put the bed together for us. There was also a high level of communication between buying the bed and it being delivered.

Great experience in Leamington! As soon as we walked in, Richard came and helped us. We even went and looked at other stores but ultimately came back to here as the service was great, friendly and helpful.

We purchased a bed that had an automatic lift base. The installation with the pistons was inadequate and the bed lifted with a tilt, subsequently a month late the piston broke. We have been liaising with customer services for 3 months now to rectify this issue. We are constantly told the same thing that the they are awaiting parts. Its a piston!!! We are now starting legal proceedings as they have supplied us with a faulty product and they are doing nothing to rectify this. We do not normally leave reviews but on this occassion we feel the need. We have only owned the bed for 6 months Customer service is appalling. BEWARE

I’m writing to report the condition of Smell issue
I’m writing to report the condition of the mattress I purchased from Bensons on day 32: the mattress still smells awful, and I haven’t been able to use any of my new bed linen. The smell has seeped into all my pyjamas and old sheets. Despite airing out the room all day, the odor remains. Customer service has been completely unhelpful — they said they would send an engineer through a third-party company in 3 weeks and mentioned that the mattress would not be replaced, only possibly repaired. This is a terrible company. Do not shop here.

Friendly and helpful
I went in looking for a pillow as I have been having a stiff neck and back pain. The gent who helped us was very helpful and friendly. I tried several pillows whilst laying out on a bed in store and found what I wanted.
