Great way of buying a bed suited to your own needs.
After browsing in the shop I ordered a replacement double bed including the mattress. In deciding on options I was given considered advice by Jane on the most suitable options for me personally. It was a positive tailored experience of directly ordering from a physical retail outlet rather than at distance online albeit a good way to do your advance research.

Good salesperson but poor company
Great salesperson, Gill, couldn’t do enough for us. Great deal on a bed and new mattress.
*UPDATE*
The mattress never arrived to the warehouse meaning it couldn’t be delivered. Having to sleep on the sofa. Spoke with someone at customer services and they said the best the could do for the inconvenience was send out an inflatable mattress that has taken 3 days thus far. Also, refunding the delivery price of £69… Taken over a week to get it re-delivered. £3k bed and mattress and can’t even get it delivered properly. Absolute joke. Will never get anything from bensons again. Only reason they get 1* is for the saleswoman Gill.
