Amar in store was great exploring all the options. Delivery was quick and drivers on time with good communication. Mattress protector was missed off the delivery but this was resolved quickly and received in the post two days later.

Amr the representative was knowledgeable, helpful. There was no pressure on of us to buy and he spent time to explain the difference between mattresses. We were encouraged to try different ones to ensure we got the most comfortable mattress for us.

Amr in the Leeds Crown Point store was fantastic and extremely helpful. He guided us to the right mattress for us and showed excellent customer service. They were able to hold on to the mattress whilst we waited for our house completion date. It was easy to book in a slot for delivery. The courier called half an hour before arriving and was exactly on time. It was an easy and efficient service and they were also very friendly.

We are delighted with the Benson For Beds experience. The showroom has a great variety of beds, all shapes, sizes, colours, mattresses, and accessories. The staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us to the best fit for our needs.

Our purchase process was smooth and transparent except for one hiccup. When we placed our deposit, the staff member said we should ask for delivery 2-3 weeks in advance. We did that, only to learn (from a different staff member), that there is a 5 week period, meaning we received our bed over 2 weeks after we had planned. Frustrating, but we believe it to be an honest mistake. Considering the otherwise outstanding quality, it's still 5 stars.

The delivery and construction was quick and efficient. We realised that the bedframe was larger than we expected and they kindly allowed us to change it with a surprisingly low cost overhead and no resistance.

I ordered a bed a short while ago & was complimentary about the whole instore process. I added that, I hoped the delivery was as smooth & efficient. Was the delivery as smooth & efficient as hoped? Absolutely!! Cannot praise the whole system sufficiently. The up to date information was helpful. I had to amend our delivery & spoke to the delivery team. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you! Then today Reece & Colin arrived punctually with all we'd ordered. They were personable, respectful of our home & efficient. Great job guys. Thank you.
