Great staff
Great staff, efficient service, timely delivery. I was kept informed every step of the way. The two young men who delivered the mattress (Andy Mc and Andy) were polite, courteous and helpful. The lady who took my initial order was thorough and informative. All round a good experience.

Happy with our purchase and getting a better sleep.
We went to Benson for Beds just to look at mattresses and didn’t expect to buy anything that day. After giving us time to browse, Liv came over and was really polite, patient, and helpful while we tested a few beds. She explained all the offers clearly and helped us find something within our budget with no pressure at all. We ended up finding the perfect ottoman bed in the showroom and left with a whole set sorted by Liv. The delivery took 6 weeks, but it was definitely worth the wait. The delivery drivers were also great and very polite.
Overall, we’re really happy with our purchase and are sleeping much better now! Thank you Liv and team.

Wonderful service. I was helped by a lovely sales assistant who took time with me to make sure I had time to choose the best mattresses for me. Thanks for everything I love my new mattress. The staff were attentive and the delivery came on time and the delivery man helped me unwrap my mattresses. Thanks everyone 😊

Both extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable...no hard sell, very calm, none pressured exchange, answered all my questions, encouraged me to try several mattresses, even some that I hadn't really considered before. Allowed us time to wander & discuss in private, gave excellent advice throughout the 2 visits & a phone call.

Perfect shopping experience
Craig the manager was the perfect salesman. He was helpful without being pushy. He was friendly, kind and gave us the advice we needed and then gave us time to make our own choice. I left the shop feeling confident I had made the right choice and look forward to the delivery of my new bed.
