From walking through the door at Leeds Crown Point store on 1/1/2026 through to delivery on 20/1/2026 we have received the best customer service we have had in an awfully long time.
We were greeted by Olivia (Liv) who helped us choose the correct mattresses with care and excellent product knowledge.
I, stupidly according to my wife, paid for the goods with the wrong card, sorted with the minimum of fuss by Sonya, retaining the original delivery date, and finally the friendliness of the delivery team made the whole experience 'enjoyable'. Little things like asking if it was ok to phone a few days later for an update rather than assuming it would be ok was a small but noticeable but appreciated difference.
I have worked in a customer facing profession for almost 50 years and the concept of good 'old fashioned' customer service was instilled in me at the very start of my career as a 19 year old. What we have had from your company was just that. Your colleagues are a credit to your company. For that we thank them.
