Trust🤔
Would I trust the store at Leeds Crown Point🤔 not when they advise they don't sell a bed of choice by Silentnight.
Instead they advised that the company was going bankrupt and it wouldn't be worth buying one.
A bit unfair on Silentnight who's current accounts for Silent Night beds (HIG Europe) show millions of pounds profit, whilst also being a significant employer in Pendle.
I think they wouldn't want to sell their beds to a company like this🫣
As a customer you rely on these people to guide you correctly for wish and provide better information and service as a customer buying a bed
I will consider other stores before this in the future.

Positive Experience. Would highly recommend
A small improvement to my experience with Benson's for Beds would be earlier updates . I had to contact the shop in Leeds to find out when the delivery would be as I had not heard anything and was worried in not hearing anything. it was only afterward that the updates appeared. Apart from the above comment in improvements to my experience with Benson's for Beds, the experience was positive, from start to finish. From advise received from Sonia, in Leeds in choosing the appropriate mattress to the delivery team Andy P and Andy Mac were very,very helpful. All were lovely people. Andy P and Andy Mac treated my home with respect which was great. Taking their shoes off when entering my home, then to place the mattress into the room of my choice. They placed it safely in the room which was a great help indeed as I have disability and mobility difficulties. Thank you both, Sonia, Andy P and Andy Mac, you are a credit to Benson's for Beds. Thank you. :)

Upon entering Bensons store
Upon entering Bensons store, we were greeted with a warm smile. The sales assistants name was Jane, and she was brilliant. Jane asked us if she could help, she listened to what we were wanting. Jane was very thorough in showing to us

Jane was fantastic, showed us around the store and helped us select the right mattress using the profiler, we didn’t buy on the day but Jane kept in touch and let us know about the Black Friday offer so we decided to go ahead with our purchase.

Sonya was so friendly and helpful
Sonya was so friendly and helpful! I explained what I needed and she was able to advise on the best products and provide the best deal. When my bed base didn’t fit up the stairs (which was really disappointing and stressful) she was on hand to support with arranging an alternative without any hassle. Thoroughly recommend!
