We visited yesterday with no idea on what kind of mattress we needed. However, Olivia was extremely helpful and friendly! she made the experience enjoyable and informative which led to us finding the perfect mattress. Her demeanour made us feel so comfortable and was like talking to a friend that wanted the best for us. Amazing customer service from Olivia, will 100% be returning.

I bought an igel side sleeper pillow yesterday and when I opened it that night, it was completely different from those I tried in store. It is hard like a stone, high like 3 standard pillows stacking up and not temperature regulating at all. I feel even hotter when using it. I called the store this morning and the lady who helped me yesterday then told me for the first time that it took couple of months to get to the condition of the samples. That means I have to deal with at least few months sleepless nights before I “may” get what I have experienced in store. I felt like being scammed cuz it doesn’t even a bit look like the samples I tried in store and why hadn’t I been told it took a few months for the pillow to be ready for use before I made the purchase. What is even worse is that unlike the samples in store, it doesn’t look like a gel pillow at all! But there is nothing I can do cuz it is not returnable though it costs £80. I will never go back to Bensons for beds again. So be careful! Just hope no one will get the same frustration.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely Sonya, she was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She asked us what we wanted and asked us if we would like to try different beds and choose our pillows of choice. She gave us amazing advice on the kinds of beds there were and what would be best suited is and our bodies as we had tried the different kinds of mattresses on the machine and what was within our price range. When we chose the mattress we wanted she was happy to take us over to her desk and help us by telling each price of delivery, cleaner, and more! It was so nice to have someone in customer service who listened and understood what we both wanted and were able to help us. The experience was great and we definitely would come back again thanks to her.

When i came looking for bed, I was attended by a lady called Sonia, she's been really great and very helpful, she guided me through to everything, I really appreciate her customer service

From entering the store we were made to feel welcome. Jane was there helping us all the way. She even waited for my son to arrive to look at bed bases so we could place the order together as the delivery is to the same house. Very informative and super friendly, well done Jane excellent customer service 👏

Only popped in for a try of some mattresses and ended up buying one. All staff were really friendly and helpful and the fantastic deal we got on our chosen mattress was a bargain!! Don't normally like going in these places but our visit was great!! Well done to your fantastic staff on the day.

When buying our mattress we were greeted by Amr in store at the Leeds, Crown Point branch - very professional and friendly, helped us find the perfect mattress for us, which wasn't easy as I have a hip problem. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Mattress is absolutely lovely now weve had it for a week I am so glad we got it!
Also, i want to mention the delivery- faultless, communication was spot on, bang on time & superfriendly. Stew & Lee were great, very quick to lug it upstairs and were also very interactive with our 4 year old, which was lovely!

Thanks so much to everyone involved. Will 100% recommend to anyone who needs a mattress.

A very good service from start to finish. Everything went smoothly. Staff very informative and helpful. Delivery guys great.

The staff were really. Amr was brilliant and very knowledgable. He was really helpful and we made a suitable purchase.

I did not like that the television was delivered after a week the bed was delivered. It added another week for the installer to get time to come and install.

Knowledgeable staff who take the time to find out exactly what you want and need. Sales staff do not pressurise customers. Instead they steer customers across low, middle and high spec beds, leaving them time to explore for themselves. There is no ‘high pressure selling. We looked at the beds over two separate days and chose the one that was right for us.
The bed was delivered on time by two polite professionals, who took the mattress upstairs.

I didn't go intended to buy but because Liv had so much patience to go through a wide range of beds models and mattresses I was able to decide easier than I expected. Very professional!
