Rocky start but all good in the end!
Ordered a TV bed frame and the staff at the Birstall site were lovely and welcoming! Initial delivery was disappointing, the TV wasn’t with the bed and one of the charger ports wasn’t working. Had the lovely Ryan and Kelvin delivering the TV today and they spent the time to take a look at the charger issue and even noticed the frame wasn’t fixed properly! They were so lovely and courteous of my issues and fixed the problems instantly! Such good service and lovely guys! Could not recommend these guys enough, such lovely drivers and was really happy with their assistance and service!

We were impressed by the helpful way we were dealt with from our arrival at the showroom until we left having made our purchase. Of particular note was the care that was taken by the member of staff who attended to us. They were thorough without being pushy.

When we'd.had chance to make a choice Craig the sales advisor talked us through the options and helped us make an informed choice.
1 of the items was on a 12 week lead time so he discounted another item to the same price. Very helpful, and we were able to make 2 purchases in very little time.
