Outstanding Customer Service from Kelly at Birstall Leeds store
We were extremely impressed with the service provided by Kelly at the Wakefield showroom. She was knowledgeable, guided us thoughtfully around the store, and patiently explained all the details of the different beds. Her approach was never pushy—just genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. We ended up purchasing two beds, two bedside tables, and a mattress from Bensons Beds, and we’re absolutely delighted with our purchase.

From starting to find the perfect mattress for our children was smooth and quick. The staff at benson and beds were great.
The delivery was exact and on time. Earlier even which was good because i could sort out everything with the bed before school time again. Would recommend the i gel mattress to everyone. So so soft.

Positive experience bed base purchase
We visited the Birstall store on 2 occasions, firstly to see our options for bedbases (also visited other stores), and then secondly to choose and order. On both occasions we were asked if we needed any help and Kelly answered all our questions, then left us to look around. On our 2nd visit another member of staff did ask if we needed any help, but when we said we had been in before she did ask who we had seen. So we dealt with Kelly from start to finish. Everything in the ordering process was good and explained clearly. So the buying process was reasonably quick and smooth. Correspondence since is good, keeping you informed on next steps. Delivery isn't for 6 weeks so I can't comment on this as yet. Overall so far a positive experience.

Just ordered a new bed
Just ordered a new bed, mattress and bedside tables from Bensons at Birstall, Leeds.
We were helped by Lana who was very helpful, allowed us try lots of mattresses without any pressure and answered all our queries. She was extremely helpful and we left the shop very satisfied with our purchase.

I visited the Birstall branch on new years day and was helped by Craig to choose a new mattress and pillows too. Craig helped with advice for which pillow and firmness of mattress would be best for my partner. Would recommend as a great overall experience
