Bed purchase
Went just look at beds but with such good service we decided to buy there and then. We were talked through the many types of mattresses and bases. We tried out the sleep pro which helps determine the type of mattress we should have as well as the type of pillow. Both correct as the mattress eventually chosen appeared to be very comfortable. Craig was very helpful.

Very efficient & helpful.
I had limited time when i was looking for a mattress for my son. I browsed the shop for 2 mins then approached the reception desk where a lady immediately asked if she could help.

Terrible selling goods they know to be faulty then refusing to repair them
Bought some wardrobes which they know have a technical fault on the doors. Both technicians including the one they sent out said that they know they have a fault on the doors.. there was a report done by Oliver Hartley backed up by an engineer. They now say it’s our fault because we should attach them to the wall so the fitter that they send out won’t attach them to the wall but the person who purchases them has to..
They clearly have a well rehearsed excuse as this issue apparently has been going on for over five years

How to buy a bed
I was greeted and served by Craig who was extremely helpful and informative. He explained all about the differences between the beds and mattresses and I tested the mattress out on a machine. All the staff were very friendly and the payment and delivery systems were explained well. I look forward to delivery of my new bed.
