We were given very good advice from Karen. We didn't feel at all rushed and were able to make an informed decision on the type of bed that we think will be best for us.

The lady assistant was very good
The lady assistant was very good, very efficient. Listened to what I was asking of her. Showed me a number of beds /mattresses. I picked one but delivery not quick enough. The problem was the mattress. Tried another one which was good. She ordered for me and transaction completed. It would be good if more assistants were like this and not pushing too much. We I think were both satisfied with the conclusion. Would shop there again.

Pleasant experience.
We were allowed to browse without any pressure whilst all queries were answered with patience by a very pleasant young man. Although we had only intended to have a look we did purchase a bed, this would not have happened had we been harassed.

We were pleased with the friendliness of staff. We were served by Ashley, who was helpful and spent time answering questions, with no pressure to make a hasty decision. The delivery arrived as planned and the delivery men were quick and efficient. All in all we were impressed with Bensons - thank-you.

Staff in the showroom were helpful without being pushy and answered our questions.
The delivery time of 3 weeks was sooner than we expected so a positive. The comms about delivery were very good and we were given a 2hr timeslot. The delivery men arrived within the window and built the bed and cleaned up after themselves.

I'd shop there again because of the Manager & Delivery Men
Manager at Fosse Park was professional, patient, not pushing us at all, allowing us to ask questions and to take our time. We went to another shop to compare, but were keen to get back, as the experience was calm, not pressurised at all - and obviously the mattress we finally chose was perfect for our needs.
The delivery men were professional, respectful, funny, and kept us informed the day before, and on the day, of their estimated time of arrival.
