I walked into the Leicester store and bought a bed in about 15 minutes. The bed was delivered on my ideal date and arrived within the scheduled time. The team helped me carry the boxes up to my bedroom.
The bed was a bit fiddly to construct but mostly because I didn't read the instructions carefully! The construction and quality of the bed is excellent. The bed cost £600.

I was greeted as I came into the shop, but allowed to wander around on my own to see what was on offer, then I went to seek advice on delivery etc
Donna was very helpful and understood my requirements as I was purchasing this for my brother who would be going into assisted living accommodation and that the delivery would be to their premises.

Brilliant all round!
Brilliant in-store experience from Donna at Leicester fosse park. We walked around a few stores but went back to Bensons as they had the best range of products, prices and friendly non-pushy service. The bed was delivered and built as promised and I was kept informed. The delivery guys built the bed swiftly and were friendly and polite. The bed itself has exceeded expectations, I’m very pleased with it. It looks great and the quality is excellent.

refund fraud - I purchsed a mattress in store on…
I purchsed a mattress in store on 02.03.26 and on 11.03.26 called to cancel and ask full refund, delivery was due on 13.03.26. The, awful, no customer skills manager in store said 20% of mattress cost plus 20% of delivery fee will be charged. I find this outrageous. At no time had he emailed the terms and conditions and nor were we sign posted or informed at time of purchase of this policy. The manager started arguing that he had explained all this and pointed out the term ls of purchase in store. I told him to review cctv. I also had 2 other people with me who can confirm my version is correct. He kept arguing. I asked about the complaints process and he said this only applies if your mattress has been delivered. Why don't trading standards do their job?

I did think the delivery price of £49.99 was a little expensive when I was spending £650.000
