Everything from start to finish was exceptional.
Lovely customer service from the lady who served us.
Amazing mattress which was delivered with a smile by three great gentleman.
And yes … thankfully the mattress continues to feel just as it did in the shop and continues to feel amazing every time we get in to bed!
It’s not something you purchase regularly of course but delighted with the overall experience and product for sure!

FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I telephoned Bensons LEICESTER an the male member of staff I spoke to was brilliant. I wanted an ottoman base as soon as possible after being let down by another bed company he sorted it for me and the bed was delivered a few days later before we moved into our new home. First class service and lovely bed base. Paid over the phone no hassle excellent customer service. Will definately recommend Bensons.

Quick sales process, painless delivery.
I walked into the Leicester store and bought a bed in about 15 minutes. The bed was delivered on my ideal date and arrived within the scheduled time. The team helped me carry the boxes up to my bedroom.
The bed was a bit fiddly to construct but mostly because I didn't read the instructions carefully! The construction and quality of the bed is excellent. The bed cost £600.
