Bed delivery and assembly.
Good contact prior to delivery. Delivery personnel were respectful of our property, polite and professional. Use of the bed (TV) was well explained and demonstrated. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, pressure-free experience.
The store is clean and staff only interacted with us to see if we needed any help. Unlike some other stores we had been to, there was no feeling of pressure. Andrew helped us out and we did a pressure test to see what type of mattress we liked. Then he showed us mattresses that fit that profile. The mattresses ranged in price, which was nice. No assumptions were made and there was no pressure to buy the most expensive of the lot. Andrew arranged to have our new mattress delivered on a day that suited us and set the old mattress to be collected and recycled. Overall, it was a fantatic, pressure-free experience. I highly recommend.

Excellent sales staff
Really impressed with the salesman in the Lincoln branch. He absolutely deserved the sale! He was endlessly patient with my mum and made sure he found her the right bed, headboard and base to fit her needs, within her budget. He didn't rush us at all and made us feel like valued customers. (The opposite to how we'd just felt in the Dreams store next door!)
