Excellent Value for Money
Wide choice of beds within the style and price we were seeking guided expertly and knowledgeably by Jamie (Lincoln Branch) who helped us select exactly what we wanted. Delivery occurred within a couple of weeks and was on time and completed by two very polite and efficient chaps. Would strongly recommend Bensons for Beds for professional service, value for money and quality of product.

Excellent service
I’m rather impressed by the service I have received with Benson’s.
Our store visit to select the beds was a good experience where we were given enough information and time to browse without being hassled. After we went home to double check the measurements the process for placing the order over the phone was smooth and hassle free.
We were kept up to date with progress and the delivery window.
We had the beds installed as well and I have to say this took a lot of stress out of the day.
Would 100% recommend Benson. The beds and mattresses are very good quality and the service was excellent.

New Mattress
Decided to replace our mattress which was long overdue. Visited Bensons and got great instore service. No pressure in making a choice.
Loads of updates on progress and in particular the day of delivery we were able to track the delivery lorry.
Guys were quick and efficient and we are pleased with our new purchase. Only one slight hiccup where the balance was not correct due to an internal error but was quickly corrected.
