Shop had a good range of mattresses all clearly marked with information. Sale was on with a good reduction. Sales staff were helpful and polite.

Happy twice in six months
This has been the second time in 6 months that we have bought a Bensons product. Both times we were listened to diligently and met with first class service and commuications. We were kept in touch every step of the way by emails keeping us updated as to what waas happening and when. Staff in person were friendly and helpful at all times. The product itself is quality. We would recommend Bensons to other people!

Our bed was delivered and assembled v professionally by two v friendly and polite chaps. I was able to track the delivery and got a call to confirm exact timings. All packaging was removed and everything went smoothly. Great service start to finish!

Impeccable service from start to finish
The service received from start to finish was faultless. Perfect interaction with showroom sales team, in particular the local manager; stress-free and effective 40-day replacement guarantee (with NO hidden 'small print'); polite, human customer-service telephone operators; on time, friendly and efficient delivery service. Overall the Benson team were a pleasure to do business with, taking the stress away from an important purchase - thoroughly recommended, with sincere thanks. Oh...and the mattresses were great too!

Andrew in store was super helpful & lovely. Really calm, not pushy, informative & understanding. I pretty much always find store staff don't quite understand something, or don't know something one way or another, but he got everything & once he understood us, made really practical suggestions. He was open to us potentially needing to change delivery dates (depending on how the rest of the works at home went) & provided 100% specific & correct dimensions so that other items could be ordered & fixed to align perfectly with the bed.
The delivery went flawlessly to schedule, the assembly was super quick by 2 cheerful guys who even had shoe covers to keep the new carpets clean.
1 of only 2 perfectly seamless parts of doing up a whole house!

Happy Sleeping Experience
Friendly helpful staff let us look round on our own. No pressure selling. They listened to what my mum and I wanted and gave us expert advice. We both brought new mattresses and are very pleased with them. They were delivered on time within the given time slot. The delivery drivers were polite and very helpful and were no longer than 10-15 minutes. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Excellent Value for Money
Wide choice of beds within the style and price we were seeking guided expertly and knowledgeably by Jamie (Lincoln Branch) who helped us select exactly what we wanted. Delivery occurred within a couple of weeks and was on time and completed by two very polite and efficient chaps.
