Shop had a good range of mattresses all clearly marked with information. Sale was on with a good reduction. Sales staff were helpful and polite.

Doing what Mummy told me.
I saw excellent service my mother received in store when buy a new mattress and then how efficiently and it was delivered by such friendly people. She has been delighted with the product and is sleeping so much better. Not surprisingly I was encouraged to follow her lead and bought one myself and I can confirm I received the same excellent service at each stage.

Jamie at Lincoln was expert level in his knowledge and customer service, I originally bought myself a new mattress that Jamie recommended and I've been so impressed with it that i returned and bought a bedframe and mattress from this store again to furnish my spare room. Bensons made it easy!
From start to delivery Bensons made it all easy. The guys in the shop were on hand but not obtrusive, came when we asked for advice and helped us choose the mattress for the bed we chose. Delivery was excellent with the two lads taking everything up to the bedroom, taking great care when negotiating the stairs. I would buy from Bensons again and recommend them highly!

We gave the sales person what we were…
We gave the sales person what we were looking for roughly and tested what mattress was more suited to us. We then tested several mattresses. Only downside, it costs us more than we were originally went in for but figured a bed will last ten years and with a zero percent payment plan, made achievable.
