Llandudno store is fantastic
I can’t thank the Llandudno girls enough for their help on Thursday 17/04/25. My father has cancer that has moved to his lower back and he’s been so uncomfortable in bed. The girls at bensons helped him find the perfect new mattress and recommend a pillow too that he loves and has given him the best nights sleep in months. Absolutely wonderful experience and I’ll be recommending to everyone.

Excellent customer care and knowledge of salesman in shop. Also, the delivery team, were excellent and carried the mattress to the room of choice. Really helpful and friendly. The mattress is really comfy too - I would highly recommend them!

Great staff
What a great store you have in Llandudno. Very friendly staff, we wanted to change our mattress as the initial one was not as comfortable after trying at home. Craig was very helpful & advised us on a good memory foam mattress. We didn't realise it would be so easy to change. Stephanie sorted out the paper work & explained all thr details in a very knowledgeable & friendly way. Overall a great buying experience with Bensons for beds & would highly recommend the Llandudno store.

I received good customer service
I received good customer service and was allowed plenty of time to chose a bed although I took a long time to make my choice I felt valued and un hurried. I chose a bed and paid a deposit , but due to up coming surgery and a possible delivery date that was likely to clash with my recovery, I returned the following day to cancel until a later date The assistant was very helpful in arranging a full refund and made me feel comfortable about it

Dawn is a Legend
As I walked into the store I was greeted by Dawn, she asked me what I'm looking for and presented me with available options within my budget. Dawn was very friendly and helpful, guided me through everything. I ended up buying a double bed with a mattress at a reasonable price.

5 Star treatment
When we decided to look for a new mattress we could have just looked on line for the cheapest deal, but we went into Benson’s and the level of knowledge of the sales staff that we dealt with was excellent. Dawn Davies was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us time and space to decide which mattress we wanted to buy based on our budget and the recommendation of having our sleeping positions analysed in store. Thanks for the 5 Star treatment, we are really looking forward to delivery on the next few weeks, well done Bensons!.
