Victoria was very helpful and efficient, not pushy but patient.
She helped to make the overall shopping experience very pleasant.
The store was well laid out and easy to navigate. They have a lift, which was very handy for us.
They have an excellent selection of beds and mattresses at very competitive prices.

Steph was very helpful
Steph was very helpful and offered us both ends of our budget. Making sure we were happy with the differences of each mattress, she also gave us recommendations to get mattress cover as we have a little one on the way, Steph ensured we understood and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend going in to see Steph as she was most helpful.

Jamie was excellent
Jamie was excellent. He greated us on arrival and took the time to explain all available options. He used the test bed so we could try out different levels of firmness and explained patiently each brand and what the benefits were that they offered. No sales pressure just a very nice bloke who was good at his job. Thank you.

There was a really good selection of beds
There was a really good selection of beds in store and the lady who served us was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of the various types of bed frames, mattresses etc. We would have struggled to pick the right bed without her help.

Llandudno store
We went into the Llandudno store after looking in other stores around the area and found this store to be much more helpful and gave us what we thought was honest reviews on certain beds.after things were explained to us by Jamie we decided to get everything from this store. The knowledge Jamie had with mattresses and beds in general was very helpful in us choosing the right bed and mattress. There was no pressure put on us to buy anything. Jamie had explained everything to us and he make sure we understood everything.
