The salesman was extremely polite and helpful and did not rush me. There was a great range of beds from which to choose.

Buying a mattress made easy with Craig. I had no idea what mattress I needed or wanted. A few simple steps with Craig and he helped to find the perfect one.

Right from us entering we were made to feel welcome and taken through all our requirements. We must have spent 30-45 minutes and no heavy sales pitch. Knowledgeable and happy to show us a wide selection of beds. We just had to check our timings (decorating/carpets) before we committed so we weren’t going to sign on the day, but the customer service continued right until we left the store. We were not made to feel like we were wasting anyone’s time. Phoned to place an order the following day though.

From the moment we arrived we was greeted by a member of staff ( Steph ) she was attentive to what we was looking to purchase and shown us around the store to the items we was looking for even though she was clearly busy doing other things around the store . Steph explained all of our options for our needs and deliveries and she clearly has a vast knowledge of everything in-store .we thank her for her patience and are really grateful she could find the time to answer all of our questions. As for the Llandudno store , it was clean and tidy with great members of all staff and a vast choice of beds mattresses and bedroom furniture . I would recommend as your first stop if looking for any of the above items .

I was looking for pieces of furniture for my daughters rooms and the women who assisted us was very helpful. She proceeded excellent customer service. I definitely will be back in the future to grab furniture for some other rooms.

Would just like to shout out Stephanie from Bensons in Llandudno, for her amazing customer service and just being such a bubbly person. My husband and I were shopping for a bedframe and a mattress for our first home and didn't have much of an idea of what to look for. Steph was brilliant, she was very informative and had a lot of knowledge about all the factors we should consider. We went away super happy with our purchases. Thank you Stephanie, you are a real credit to your team!

If I could score a zero I would. Received a text to say items would be delivered on 11th Aug 2025, the day we were going away on holiday, so I replied with a NO. They are then meant to rearrange the delivery date. Had an email on 7th to confirm delivery on 11th, so phoned suppliers Welcome Furniture to rearrange. They said I would receive a new delivery date. Received a text late on 11th Aug to say the items had been delivered but was told this was a mistake after a phone call. In fact the lady on the phone actually verified that there had been no delivery and that the items were now marked for redelivery. Received a message from my neighbour a day later to say that there were 2 boxes outside my door (been in the rain the night before), so this elderly gentleman kindly took these heavy items in. We now have a bed that's to be delivered in October, but we're popping to the shop asap to cancel the order.
Update 20.08.2025 - I appreciate the very short reply on here, however, a more personal apology would have been more sincere. This apology on here serves your purposes more than mine!

Great experience at Llandudno store, very helpful and well-informed member of staff, Jamie, supplied us with everything we needed to know regarding a new bed, including trying a special bed that records your best sleeping position and what type of firmness you require for comfortable sleeping, very pleased with their service.

Great time dealing with bensons easy polite and job done.

Salesman extremely knowledgeable, patiently assessing our requirements as we not as young as we used to be. Very pleased with the service we received.

Greeted well, shown a a multitude of different designs, made to measure bed comfort machine was good got the size I wanted without being talked into something different, shown all the options. And think i am getting what i want. Delivery is a bit expensive £56.00 but we will see.👍

We ordered a new bed in april for delivery in may, in total it cost us just shy of £3000 with a 20% discount,their staples & co range of bedding with clarence headboard and igel mattress. The staff were really nice and informative.
We were well informed all along the process and come delivery day all went as expected until they opened the box for the headboard which alone was over a thousand pound for a super kingsize.
We noticed it was faulty and so they offered to replace, brilliant no problem.
2nd headboard arrived end of june and it was faulty and worse than the 1st, complained, brilliant getting it replaced.
3RD headboard arrived today 25th of July and all I can say is it is absolutely disgusting! Even the delivery men were embarrassed!! They couldn't even put it together because none of the connections married up, I wish I could show pictures on here because I have seen better thrown in skips it is that terrible and the fabric looks like it has been scrapped across a gravel floor it's that stained and scratched, it looks like wolverine has been let loose on it
So we are now waiting for a 4th headboard arriving the end of August 😡 total joke! The manufacturers should hang their heads in shame,where are the quality checks to start with?? Obviously there aren't any the amount of headboards we've received in the last few months and I won't believe that we're on our own in this complaint.
Would I recommend Bensons to friends..nope!
Would I ever buy from Bensons again....never!!
I regret the day I ever set foot in the place and wished i had kept my old bed.

We discussed our requirements to the sales assistant, he then explained all the choices that were available to help us with are selection.

Jason was very helpful and had my try out the various firmnesses of the mattress I was looking for. May have found the ideal mattress, but he did explain the procedure if I was not satisfied within 40 days.
