Very helpful
Stephen listened to the reasons I wanted a new mattress and what my concerns were and guided me in choosing a new matress. Even got me to try a type i thought ididnt want, which was what i ended up purchasing. Very helpful without being too pushy. We went and looked at some other options but came back to Bensons to purchase. Can't wait to receive my mattress

Great products and prices. Shameela was super helpful in every way in helping me find the best mattress and price deal, and very fast delivery. Very professional and great customer service ... friendly but not intrusive like I have found with some other stores where they won't leave you alone. Highly recommend.

Bedroom shopping experience
We were helped by Bridget as soon as we showed an interest in the item that had caught our eye. She allowed us time to look and discussissues (measurements etc) and ensures that when it came to ordering our purchase, that the correct person was available to assist us. Service was quick and every step was explained in detail.

The finance agreement that was agreed…
The finance agreement that was agreed was not the one sent to me. I had to call the store to change this and now I am getting multiple emails of different finance options. This is very confusing and inconvenient.

I am very disappointed,I ordered a mattress in Luton bensons store, the delivery is very late, 25days later they given delivery date and they charged 59pounds for delivery and Brigitte doesn’t explain any thing she is always chatting in mobile in front of customers.

Good experience
From the sales person In the shop to the delivery the experience was good. I was kept up to date with what was happening with my order. The delivery drivers were very nice too they protected the carpets by over shoe protection. Took the furniture to the bedroom took time to see if we were happy
