As I entered the Store I was greeted & asked how they could help me ? as I wanted a Mattress, I was appointed to store assistant who listened to what I wanted, she showed me different Mattresses, giving me information on them . She was very Polite, Helpful putting no Salespersons pressure on me to buy . Good Store manners .

Best sales women of the year
We went to the store to see if they sale any shoe cabinet, but the Manager Shameela was so good at her job that I end up purchasing a bed, Cabinet and a blanket box over £1800. She explained to us all the essentials requirements according to our budget.

I've just collected my order today…
I've just collected my order today 5/04/25, to my disappointment I've just discovered that the Mattress was refurbished, this was not mentioned at the time of purchase, the assumption given was that it was brand new, TBh I'm not gappy but because I have no mattress I have mo choice. I won't be purchasing anything from Bensons again.

We had researched beds and knew roughly what we were looking for at the store. That being said, Aneesa was ever present, without intruding on our search for the perfect bed, and was always on hand to answer our questions. We will happily go back to that store for any further purchases.
