We went to Dreams at Macclesfield and got the very best customer service
We went to Dreams at Macclesfield and had the best customer service! We only needed a mattress but Martin was really happy to help and was very knowledgeable about not only his products but was also able to advise us on the types of mattresses that were best suited to us for our age and health conditions. We chose the igel 4000 and are really looking forward to it being delivered. We also ended up getting a new headboard as they are very reasonably priced and they have a lovely selection. Highly recommend trying out the bed that changes from extra firm all the way down to soft!!

The only place you should get a mattress from!
The salesman, Peter, was not pushy and let us try multiple beds whilst giving expert advise about each one. It made the experience effortless and enjoyable.

No rush and very supporting
They didn’t rush us when we first entered the shop late on a bank holiday
When the assistant (Darryl) came over we told him what we were looking for and he took the time to see if they had anything in stock that would match our preferences
He found one fairly quickly and told us everything to expect with it including the up keep.
I really appreciated the one on one conversation and support.
