The shop was clean and spacious. As soon as I walked in a colleague approached me to offer assistance. I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. ( no hard selling). The staff member was friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Above and beyond customer service. Very helpful. I would recommend the Lyme Green outlet to everyone.

Getting an authopedic bed
I needed a new bed because of the pain I was in suffering with acute arthritis in my hips, neck and back. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me a few options and I decided on the first one. Can actually get a decent sleep now
