Great, thorough and speedy service
Michael was an excellent sales person. He realised that we knew what we wanted and didn’t want to faff about trying loads of stuff so he didn’t push for us to try different mattresses. We left the store to try mattresses at another shop down the road but came back as the one we came to look at was the best for us and Michael took us through the application processes thoroughly and speedily!

COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED
Bad customer service and £1000 mattresses has holes and dipping in 3 cm after 3 months of use.
They have a 3cm tolerance which is ridiculous and won’t even consider your claim and won’t accept any independent inspection.
Staff are not knowledgeable at all, they LIED!!
Colour of bed frame coming different to what the staff mentioned in store and they don’t take any accountability for it.
Please save yourself some time and money and don’t give a single penny to this ruthless company.
Edit: they replied to this message saying they sent me a message but its a LIE!!!! I haven’t received nothing, proven this company is a professional liar.

Furniture purchase
We went into the White City store just for some inspiration for furniture for our guest room, but ended it up making the purchase there and then.
This was mainly down to the fabulous salesperson Gideon. He didn't push or pressure us. He knew exactly when to approach and when to leave us, but when we did have questions, he had all the answers. He is a real asset to the company

Very helpful video call via website
We dialled into a video call with Lee through the website as we were unhappy with the original mattress we bought from Bensons for Beds, and wanted to use the 40 night comfort guarantee. After we explained the issues with the first purchase, he took his time to show us different options around the shop, sitting on them to demonstrate firmness and showing cross-sections to explain the materials and structure. He was incredibly informative and patient, and helped us process the exchange all over the phone. Couldn't be happier with our experience!

Ottoman Bed-frame and Mattress Purchase
We went looking for a new bed + mattress. Our contact member of staff was Arveen, who did a fantastic job advising us on the different frames and properties, and the options available to us in regards to sizing, colour, etc.
It was a lovely, structured experience. Once we picked out our dream frame Arveen then brought us to test out different mattresses, pillows and helped us to work out what would be right for us and within our estimated budget.
Finally, we were pleasantly surprised with a refurbed Hypnos mattress that came recommended by Arveen, based on the space available in our new house, saving us thousands of pounds and also taking into account getting the new bed and mattress into the house and arranging transport/assembly.
