The mattress we bought from the showroom was what we were looking for, the sales assistant was informative, polite and friendly. The discount on offer was the clincher. Delivery was seamless, the tracker facility was great,the delivery was well within the time slot given. The two young men who removed the old matress and delivered the matress were very efficient, polite and friendly, they unwrapped the mattress gave us instructions about leaving the mattress to fully inflate and air ect. and removed all the packaging, we cannot praise them high enough! Now the only thing left is to sleep on it.

Being able to try the mattress out in the store is so valuable and a must in my eyes , to make sure you chose the right mattress just for you it’s your personal experience.
Being able to try the mattress out in the shop . I tried several out . The lady was very kind and friendly and polite , she gave me a pillow to try and told me everything about caring for the mattress as well . She left me to try them for a short while and told me what ones to try. She was so helpful she said take your time and I’ll come back over to you in a short while. If I had any questions she said just ask .

Excellent service. Gail in the Mansfield store was very helpful, plenty of communication with updates on our order and delivery time frame.
Delivery information received before the delivery was due and phone call received 1 hour prior to delivery.
Delivery drivers were very prompt and courteous, bed was delivered to the room that we required.
Will definitely purchase again.

Staff friendly and helpful. They will describe all the options available to each product. They were aware that I was comparing them to other Bed shops, but they didn't mind. They remained very helpful.
I'm very satisfied with the chosen products. No scuffs or marks, very clean and good quality.
