Brilliant customer service
Ryan in the Mansfield store was very helpful nothing was too much trouble . He is very knowledgable about all aspects of his job and he is very customer focused . He is a credit the company and he should be recognised for his outstanding service . The delivery men were very good they delivered the divan earlier than expected (they rang and let me know they were going to be early) overall we had a really good experience .

The salesman was very friendly and helpful, on asking what we were looking for he made great recommendations and we ended up buying one of them.
The store had a great selection of mattresses to try out and we weren't pounced on when we walked through the door ( which is very off putting). But allowed to peruse first.
Overall a great experience on buying a new mattress!!

The lady in the shop who helped us choose which bed and mattress we were looking for was realy helpful and friendly and even had a good laugh with us, everything from choosing and paying to delivering went smoothly
