We came into store looking for a new mattress that was suitable for us.
With the help from Gail we fount the perfect one.
Gail helped us from start to finish, the customer service we recieved was outstanding.
Massive thank you to Gail for all her help from finding the perfect mattress and explaining gaps between each bed slat for a more breathable firm lasting mattress.

Bensons 3rd party delivery
the bed itself was delivered by a third party, the workers were rude, untidy and generally not careful during the installation, they would not demonstrate anything and just left remotes instructions and packaging lying around, they also had no shoe covers on a wet day!
The headboard which was delivered by Bensons own guys was great, they were polite and helpful!

Much better than taking a gamble and buying online
We have been looking to upgrade our bed for a while now. Now in our forties we needed more comfort and a bigger size.
We were so lucky to have Emma talk us through the available options and test what works best for us.
Would highly recommend not taking a gamble buying online. With Bensons your getting quality as out last bed lasted 13 years.

Great store in Mansfield Nottm. Staff very welcoming and leave you to browse at your own pace. A decent size store with lots of choice.
We planned to purchase a new mattress. Ryan was superb. Very knowledgable, no pushy sale person type approach. Easy. Relaxed. Informal. I really liked the use of the iPad to assess costs against budget. Well done team.
