Louise and her colleague were very helpful. Got exactly the mattress I needed even though not a huge amount of choice for adjustable beds. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, including an 8 year guarantee on everything plus life time manufacturing fault guarantee.

Friendly staff, really good advice in store, and courteous efficient & knowledgeable delivery staff. Cannot fault them
We bought a ottoman bed base which seems really good, bit hard to lift with mattress on but otherwise no complaints so far.

Great experience
Great experience. Knowledgeable and patient salesman. Gave time and space for my 95year old mother to try out beds and knew what adaptations were available for each style. Delivery was booked on purchase day and all went according to plan. Delivery men were efficient and tidied everything up. My Mum is delighted with her new bed.
