Nice experience buying a mattress. Ben was a very good sales person, explained and demonstrated all the mattresses benefits in our price range.
Decided on a Latex Nestledown model. Don’t like memory foam.
Delivery was very good, delivery team put the mattress into our bedroom, took our old one away and unpacked our new one and took all the packing away.
Recommend.

Professional service

Ben in store in Milton Keynes was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the buying experience very straightforward. The delivery team, John and Brian, were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend Bensons highly enough!

As well as the Milton Keynes instore experience being very smooth, with helpful and knowledgeable staff, the delivery team were a step above the rest. Our initial choice of bed wouldn't fit up into the top room due to the staircase, but the driver Andrew was incredibly calm, friendly and helpful and talked through alternative beds and bedheads that would be suitable. We went back instore, this time Bedford, to choose our alternative and it went up into the room easily, delivered again and assembled by Andrew and Janis. Solidly built and in perfect condition.

After 5 years of using our old mattress purchased in the same store, we decided to replace it with a new one, but with a firmer one.Ben as a salesman was very professional in what he does and not pushy, I highly recommend his services.

The staff was helpfull at the Milton Keynes branch even though I placed the order on line. The delivery was well tracked etc.
The bed is very comfortable. I went for a soft one as I am small and light.

We found purchasing our Tempur mattress stress free. Prash in the shop was really helpful and Stevie and his crew mate delivered and fitted it was professionalism

Good experience with this company from buying the mattress and pillows in the shop to excellent delivery at home. The whole team were friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and buy from them again.

Milton Keynes shop-happy to take our money but when we exercised the mattress guarantee, suddenly hit with hidden costs to arrange a replacement. Then they messed us around with delivery date of the replacement. Were only interested in taking our money and then they lost interest, once they got their commission. Not a happy customer.

Prior to placing the order, I visited your store on three separate occasions to seek advice regarding access to my property, particularly the staircase, and to ask how measurements should be taken to confirm whether a Super King mattress would be suitable. Despite these repeated enquiries, I was not provided with any clear or practical guidance on how to measure the access properly, nor was I advised of any specific risks associated with delivery.
At the time of purchase, I again raised my concerns about staircase access and was advised by your sales staff that there would be no issue and that delivery would be possible. I relied on this professional advice when making my purchase.
On the day of delivery, your delivery team were also unable to confirm in advance whether the mattress could be taken upstairs. It was only through physically testing the item on site that it was determined the Super King mattress and bed frame could not be safely transported up the stairs.
As a result, I was required to change my order to a King size mattress and bed frame. I was disappointed to be informed that a 5% charge would apply for this change.
In addition, as the original mattress was purchased as part of a promotional offer, I have now been informed that in order to obtain the same mattress model in the correct King size, I am required to pay an additional £187. This extra cost arises solely due to the incorrect advice and lack of guidance provided by your staff prior to purchase and delivery.
Given that I made multiple efforts to obtain accurate advice, and that my original purchase decision was based entirely on assurances provided by your staff, I believe this situation constitutes misleading advice and mis-selling under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In these circumstances, I do not believe it is fair or reasonable for me to incur either the 5% charge or the additional £187 cost.
I therefore respectfully request that:
The 5% charge be fully waived; and
The additional £187 charge be removed, allowing me to obtain the equivalent King size mattress at no extra cost.
The last but not least, I strongly recommend Bensons for Beds to arrange onsite visit and measurement service before the ordering procedure to ensure the fitness on delivery.
The delivery and assemble service is excellent.
