Monika took the time to listen to what we wanted and we tried and looked at different beds/mattresses. We eventually got what we wanted. Now just waiting for the delivery and can't wait

Good service , explained everything we needed to know up front , and left us alone to try each bed in our own time . We decided the best bed for us based on comfort without unwanted influence . Paperwork was efficient with a sixteen day delivery .

Damaged items, items missing and wrong item delivered. Very poor after sales service, no response to email complaining about the above. Would never use again.

The staff was patient, really helpful & has knowledge of the products which I was looking for.

We ordered a new bed and mattress In June. We also applied for insurance to cover the bed. The first bed frame was delivered and faulty. A second third and now a fourth has arrived today only to be faulty as well. We have had to have time off work each time for the delivery. We are now at the end of our patience waiting for the fifth one to be delivered. The Insurance has now run three months for nothing Would never use them again.

Great selection of beds, helpful assistants and easy to order with interest free credit available and a reasonable delivery time

We paid £1500 for a bed, bed base, headboard and mattress when we spoke to the salesman he said about putting the bed together and taking our old one away. However when we finished the order we discovered that the salesman didn’t charge us for putting it together so we paid £30 extra then the manager had the nerve to then say it would cost a further £90 to take the old bed away. The manager said that the salesman that dealt with us was one of the best. If this was true why was there 2 major errors in one Order? I wouldn’t shop here again due to the mistakes that have happened in this purchase.

Great attentive service. Better prices than anyone else and no pressure selling in store. Chose what we wanted online then went to store to check quality etc, which was great. Really happy and highly recommend.

Took us through the options and helped us to narrow down our choice. We left with the perfect mattress at the perfect price. Simon is a great ambassador for Bensons. Well done!
