New mattress order
Visited on Sunday 11th October 2026, looking for a replacement mattress. Judy came to our assistance within seconds of walking in, and quickly suggested we used their air mattress technology set-up to map out our individual pressure points when lying in our normal sleeping positions, depending on varying firmness settings ranging from extra firm down to soft. Our results were discussed in full. We were then given a pillow type of our choice, and a few different style beds/mattresses were suggested for us to try out (in line with our results). At all times we were allowed to think about each bed in turn and how comfortable it felt, before moving on to the next; there was no feeling of being pressurised into making decisions. The whole experience was ~1.5 hours, but Judy was very thorough and gave us all the information we needed; pricing structures, offers, delivery lead times (less than one week with the mattress we purchased), care/maintenance, recycling service, guarantees, returns/policies. Overall, we were very pleased with our purchase and are looking forward to delivery this coming Friday.

Great Customer Service, Shocking Delivery & Fitting Charges!
Excellent customer service receieved by Tina, really appreciate your help and patience! The bed feels sturdy, hopefully it will be of the same quality when it arrives!
My only gripe with Benson for Beds, nothing to do with Tina, is the charge of £79 for delivery PLUS £50 to put the bed together and take the rubbish away.. £79 I just about accept if it includes putting the divan base and headboard together etc but the fact its an extra £50 takes the p***. Just greed on behalf of Bensons! Needless to say, I have just paid the £79. Madness!
