Easy to order in store
Easy to order in store, and try out our new pillows. 4* why? Would have been nice for them to be in stock for immediate taking. Also a week long wait to receive them but on the plus side they did come a day earlier than scheduled. But good service, kept up to speed on the order, pleasant staff, all in all a good service

Good service …
The service at the store and the delivery and assembly of the bed was perfect. Although, I have not slept on the bed as yet, because we have not moved to the new house. But you cannot go wrong on Tempur mattress, because I have been using one for years. The true test will be later, if ever I need customer care and their service.

Sinaed was awesome!
Our sales rep, Sinead, was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in finding us the perfect bed! We visited in store to browse the collection where Sinead answered all of our questions and took us through the collections, before we placed the order over the phone - the process couldn’t have been easier!

QUEST FOR COMFORT
Me and my wife were looking for advice and information on a new mattress as we hadn’t had one for a number of years. Judy approached us and in a professional and friendly manner offered to guide us on our quest for comfort! She explained a few of the different types and got us on the machine to assess our sleeping positioning. We then tried a number of different mattresses around the well presented showroom floor and found the one for us. Working out our needs without pushy sales pitches Judy talked me through all the delivery, extended protection and warranty details and we left fully satisfied with our purchase, not needing to even glance in another shop window.
We can’t wait for peaceful, comfortable sleepy nights all thanks to Judy the comfort queen.
