Very good delivery, quick and expertly done! Lots of communication before and during the delivery day!

Customer service was excellent, when I entered the store I was greeted by Sinead, she asked if I needed assistance and what it was I was looking for, I told her what I needed and she showed me a bed and the first she showed me I fell in love with and it ticked all the boxes, she then helped me pick a mattress, allowed me to try multiple mattresses and helped me make a decision, I now had everything I needed but with Sinead's guidance I also ended up buying 6 pillows and a wardrobe!
The store was lovely and clean, loads of options to look at and try, all staff were polite but extra credit for Sinead who I felt went over a beyond.

In the past with other retailers, something!!, goes wrong. This was the first time using bensons beds and they have broken that cycle👍. From the in store friendly ness and professionalism from the staff ( at Norwich) to the informative emails and then to the delivery. I couldn’t have asked for more!! Thank you. Happy new year..

My wife and I were very well advised by Judy In the Norwich branch.
Judy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us with answers to all our questions and also provide us with information which assisted us to make our ultimate choice. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and we were left to browse at our leisure and the experience was excellent.

Lovely experience throughout, from the shop to the delivery. Did exactly what they said they would.

From the initial welcome, listening to my requirements, a visit to the technical bed which shows pressure points and then the extensive range of products which encompass these findings. No pressure to purchase the most expensive range, rather to visit and revisit what I found comfortable, while explaining what features each product had.
The only problem I had was dealing with the finance option. I do not get on with the technical world and my attempt at using your telephone application resulted in me paying in full on my bank card, rather than taking advantage of your 0% finance.

What the point of sitting, discussing items & finance in house, then the finance company not allowing the shopper to access the finance!!
Relentless attempts to enter details on line, for the web site to repeatedly deny the existence of a "work address" so denying the finance outright. I have now had to pay the whole amount, leaving me out of pocket at this time of year.
I will be informing my people to avoid Bensons like the plague. What a rip off!

Tina in Norwich store was simply brilliant.
She worked with us to get the best bed and mattress for us both.
She was polite, friendly and spoke to us with empathy and respect, she was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

My wife and I were warmly greeted by Tina. We are a couple of OAP's and she gave us time to explain what we were looking for.
Tina, listened, attentively, and by asking sensible questions led us to the product that we required.
I am a retired banker, and if I was still working I would want employ, Tina. She was friendly, helpful, attentive and very professional. I would say that she is a great ambassador for your business.

Informative and engaging at the point of sale, but not pushy and overselling, which we liked. We were given time to go around on our own and back to the sales representative as we needed. Process was comprehensive and friendly and an overall good experience.

Lots of choice, staff very knowledgeable

After spending £7000 I have been left with a tv that don't work a sound system that works occasionally and worst of all a mattress that I was completely miss sold.

The shop won't do anything because it was the manager that completed the sale so we went to customer service and was told sorry nothing we can do.

The manager of the store lied through her teeth and her own words "I'm doing a naughty here" but it will get you through.

By doing what she did invalided our 40 night sleep guarantee and now we are stuck with a mattress that cost nearly £4k and is hardly any different then the previous one we had at £2k.

We called 2 other Benson for bed stores to see if they recommended this Pacific mattress for my condition and both other stores said no they do not 1 stores said "it's pointless and not needed to be honest"

Go somewhere else.
