The assistant, Lynsey, was very helpful. She answered our questions and didn't push for a decision, she let us take as long as needed so that we were sure we picked the mattress we wanted

Lindsey was fantastic!
Lindsey was fantastic and let us chat amongst ourselves. Very friendly and informative and when we came back into store at 5.50pm to go over some pricing. Lindsey and her colleagues stayed way beyond closing time to work out our figures. Above and beyond and we weren't even buying at this stage. I was so impressed that I couldn't buy from anywhere else after that and went back the next day to make a purchase. Excellent customer service.
