Excellent Service
Excellent customer service, not rushed, given full info on products from most expensive to less expensive. Not swayed on my final decision. Good NEW "Body Profile Technology" lets you know and understand your bodies sleeping pattern and gives you an idea of the product for you. ( BUT try before you buy ) their decision might not be for you but many to choose from to get it right.

Was looking for a new bed for our spare room. Went to the store, met with Lynsey who helped me order one I saw online even though it wasn't in the store. She even phoned another store to get me info on the measurements of the drawer that was listed on the website. She also helped me arrange delivery for several weeks away when I had time off work. She was lovely and a great help, made the process very easy.

The whole process was great
The whole process was great. The sales assistant was really helpful in helping us pick a bedframe and mattress. She gave us loads of information without us feeling being pressured into buying. We were able to pick our delivery date which was great too as we were decorating

An Easy Buying Experience
Salesperson (Jaz) attended to us quickly. Listened to our requirements and guided us, professionally, to the type of beds we were looking for.
She was able to answer our questions on cost, ottoman operation, suitable mattress, assembly and delivery.
