Excellent service
We had excellent service from Gavin when we wanted advice as to the best mattress to buy. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly; taking time to listen to our requirements and choosing several options for us to try. Great service & expertise
Our salesman showed us many different options to suit all budgets and we didn't feel pressured towards any particular Brand or budget. Shout out too to the delivery guys who had terrible issues with traffic and were there to help me long after they were due home for their tea.

Amazing service
The two delivery men we had, Rob and Graham really went above and beyond!! They were amazing. Kept me informed throughout the morning of their ETA and when they got here were super polite and professional, I was expecting them to deliver it all and for me to arrange moving it all upstairs, but no, they both, without being asked started moving the bed boxes upstairs!! They left no mess, took everything up to the top floor and honestly helped me out so much! They even took the time to double check the boxes against the order to confirm it’s all correct and informed me of all the procedures for what I need to do if anything in the boxes isn’t what I expected or is faulty. They are both a credit to the company!
