Simply a first rate service from start to finish. The salesman in the Poole store could not have been more helpful. The delivery drivers were first rate with 2 phone calls prior to the delivery, one the evening before and another 45 mins before they arrived.

I have been using the Branksome branch of Bensons. I cannot fault any of the staff that work there. They have all been so helpful, courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, I have had issues with a carpet being delivered from another source which has delayed delivery of the items purchased at this store. Thank you
