The whole process was great, the sale, the delivery and even the installation guys were very helpful and made me feel at ease throughout. Brilliant experience from start to finish.
I was looking for a mattress made of natural materials. I happened to stroll into Bensons and was really pleased to see they have a good range of natural mattresses. From sale to delivery, they were fantastic. I was kept well informed and they delivered on time. The mattress is great and a better price than the ones I had seen online. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff to sort out a problem
Mix-up on colour choice for headboard and wrong one delivered. However, the store has agreed to deliver the right colour and collect the initially delivered headboard.
The best way to judge a company is how they handle problems and the staff at Bensons in Poole have been brilliant in that regard.

Helpful and attentive staff instore. Nothing too much trouble, very patient, despite the card payment system not working, meaning they had to route it through another store. (Otherwise I would have given five stars)
After sales service good. I was kept informed of date of delivery and a 2 hour slot for the day it was due.
Delivery driver phoned 20 minutes before on time arrival. My new mattress was taken to my flat, unpacked and set up on the bed by courteous and polite delivery men, and care advice given.
