Our salesman, Timm, was the ideal person to help us: personable, full of information, not pushy. Gave us a lot of time and was patient with our questions; let us talk together and come to an unhurried decision. Every store should have a Timm!

Our need to replace our mattress was long over due. We were greeted by a sales rep who we found to be friendly, welcoming and able to demonstrate his knowledge of the various mattresses on offer. We were provided with all the information necessary to enable us make the right choice of mattress for our needs.

Walking into the store I was very impressed with its presentation. A good selection of beds, with several options but not overwhelming. The two staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and the whole experience was excellent.

The man in store could nit have been more helpful and did not pressure sell to us atall. The manager was also extremely helpful in getting us the best deal. We also where very greatful to all the staff where amazing with our children who as you can imagine where very bored.

Great advice, polite and understanding of our situation and not pushy to get most expensive matress

My husband and I went to the Benson bed store, just to look at beds. We had idea of what we wanted. Luca the assistant approached us and showed us round the store explaining everything very well, with no pushing a sale upon us. And basically because of his help, we agreed a price and he made the sale. Very smoothly. He was an accett to your company.
